Massage Oils...

All our massage oils are made from pure, natural oils. The carrier base is a unique blend of extra virgin olive oil and highest quality almond and jojoba oils. Each of the oils then has the perfect blend of essential oils added, creating a wonderful fragrance and an amazing range of aroma-therapeutic benefits.

And, because these oils are so pure, you can use them in a variety of ways:

For massage:

Simply rub the blended oils in to the palm of your hand to make sure it is evenly distributed, and apply to the body using a massage technique.

In the bath:

A very popular way to unwind from a stressful day. Agitate the water before immersing to spread the oils evenly. Soak for at least 10 minutes.

Add up to 7 drops of essential oil for adults or 2 – 3 drops for children or those with sensitive skin.

As a compress:

Essential oils can help to alleviate aches and pains. Dip a folded cloth or flannel into warm water (for muscle aches and pains) or cold water (for headaches or high temperatures) and gently squeeze and place onto area to be treated. Add 4 – 6 drops of essential oil to 100ml of water.

As a hair & scalp conditioner:

Dull and greasy hair, as well as flaky scalps may be helped through the regular use of essential oils. Rub through your scalp as a conditioner each week. Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to your regular (non-medicated) shampoo or conditioner.

As a foot bath:

For a luxurious home pedicure treatment to soften the skin, or relieve the legs and feet of pressure built up during the day. Agitate the water before immersing feet to spread oils evenly. Add 6 drops of essential oil to a bowl of warm water.

As an inhalation / skin facial:

To clear the airway passages to make breathing easier and give relief to head pain, essential oils can be inhaled. Inhalation techniques can also be applied to aid skin conditions when used as a facial. Add 6 – 12 drops of essential oil to a basin of hot water. Cover head with a towel and inhale. Alternatively, place up to 12 drops of essential oil on to a handerkchief or tissue and inhale.

As a perfume:

Make your own unique scent by applying the oil straight after a shower or bath, whilst the skin is still warm. Oil can be applied straight to the skin during the day, to refresh the scent.

In a burner or light bulb ring

To have a flow of your favourite essential oil perfuming the air, you can burn the oil in a burner or light bulb ring. Add 2 – 4 drops of essential oil into the water at the top of the burner, or the groove of the light bulb ring.
